The PUIC Secretary General Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed his strong condemnation and killings which targeted the Ministry of Justice and the Municipality building in Baghdad on Sunday 25th October instant.
In his letter to the Speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives H.E. Dr. Iyad Al-Samarraei Professor KILIC stated that he shared deep sadness and auguish with the august Parliament, government and people of brotherly Iraq. He expressed his confidence that the Iraqi people will overcome this crucial situation and realize their hopes in progress and prosperity by virtue of their perseverance and national unity.
