OIC Media Observatory Report: Continuous Massacres in Gaza Strip and Unprecedented Escalation in the West Bank

The Gaza Strip and the West Bank witnessed a major Israeli escalation, as noted in the Media Observatory of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on Israeli Crimes against the Palestinians noted in its weekly report from August 27 to September 2, 2024. The report indicates that 388 people were murdered, and 757 were injured in 19 massacres concentrated in Deir al-Balah, al-Zeitoun neighborhood, al-Qastal neighborhood, and al-Maghazi camp. The number of murdered since October 7, 2023 has reached 41,081.

OIC Calls for an International Investigation into Israeli Crimes and Violations against Palestinian Prisoners

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has expressed deep concern regarding the increased violent acts and severe violations committed by the Israeli occupation against numerous Palestinian prisoners. These violations have been well-documented by various legal entities and include acts such as execution, torture, starvation, rape, isolation, and forced disappearance. The detainees from the Gaza Strip have been particularly affected, resulting in the deaths of eighteen Gazan prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons since October 07, 2023.
