Some provinces in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria are currently experiencing forest fires, as a result of which a number of people have been killed or injured, whereas others have suffered property damage. The Secretary General of the PUIC, His Excellency Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his strong condemnation in response to the announcements made by Colombia and Slovenia regarding their preparations to relocate their embassies in the Zionist entity to occupied Al-Quds , a move that constitutes a flagrant violation of UN resolutions, particularly UNSC Res. 476, 478 and 2334, which affirm that any Israeli measures aimed at altering the character, legal status or demographic composition of the city of Al-Quds are null and void, and call upon States to withdraw their diplomatic missions from occupied Al-Quds.

PUIC Secretary General Strongly Condemns Zionist Attempts to Ban Adhan in Palestinian Mosques

The so-called “Israeli Knesset” has, at its preliminary reading, approved a draft bill aimed at banning the call to prayer (Adhan) in mosques, under the name of the “Muezzin Law”. The Secretary General of the PUIC, His Excellency Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, strongly denounces this measure, considering it null and void, a crime of a discriminatory and racist nature, and a flagrant violation of the cultural and religious rights enshrined in international human rights law.

PUIC Secretary General Condoles Saudi Arabia Following Saudi Aramco Plane Crash

The Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following the tragic crash of a Saudi Aramco helicopter on Sunday, 28 June 2026. The accident resulted in the deaths of several employees of the company who were on board. His Excellency the Secretary General prays to Allah Almighty to shower the deceased with His mercy, to bestow His grace upon their families, and to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from all harm.
