The Islamic World is observing these days the commemoration of the birth of our Master and Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), who has come as mercy for all beings. Allah Almighty says, “We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures”, holder of the Station of Praise and Glory, about whom God has said, “For thee: soon will thy Lord raise thee to a Station of Praise and Glory”.

            This honourable Messenger, whose manners derived from the Quran, was addressed by Almighty Allah, “And surely thou hast sublime morals.” And the Prophet said about himself, “My Mission is for finalizing good ethics.” This noble Messenger has brought us the tolerant Sharia from the Lord of the Worlds, and guided us to the right path: “And verily thou dost guide (men) to the Straight Way.”

            As Allah has ordered us to glorify and respect the prophet (pbuh): “That ye may assist and honour him”, Muslims in all corners of the globe commemorate his birth (pbuh) in veneration and praise to God for His blessing on this Nation, which He has made,: “The best of peoples, evolved for mankind”, by sending to them the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers and supreme leader of all Allah’s creations.

            On this magnificent occasion, I offer our sincere felicitations to the Islamic Ummah, and pray to Almighty God to grant us success to follow our Master and Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), uphold the Islamic Sharia, in practice and behavior; and be inspired by his way of life so that this Nation may assume the position which Allah has chosen for it.

            I pray to Allah to advance our Nation; grant it victory and glory; remove gloominess; and lead us on the road to righteousness and rationality. Allah, He be blessed, says, “Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (or power), as He granted it to those before them: That He will establish in authority their religion- the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will Change (their state) after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone), and not associate aught with Me”- Allah Says the Truth.
