H.E. the PUIC Secretary General delegated H.E. Ambassador Siddiq Abu Aqla, Director of the Cabinet to participate in the 38th Conference of the African Parliamentary Union (APU), in Guinea – Bissau, Republic of Guinea- Bissau on 2-6 December 2015.
The Director of the Cabinet delivered the speech of His Excellency the Secretary General to the Conference which included the themes under consideration by the conferees, i.e. “Enhancement of Democracy and the Rule of Law to Ensure Peace and Development in the African Countries”; also the “Negative Effects faced by African Countries Resulting from Climate Change, and the Role of Parliaments in Carrying out Necessary Measures.”
