The Secretary General called, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, to stand with the struggling Palestinian people until they liberate their land and establish their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

H.E also called on all regional and international parliamentary unions and all who seek justice and peace in the world to participate in stopping the genocide suffered by the brotherly people of Gaza for more than a year, in which thousands are martyred, injured and missing, the majority of whom being women and children, and where disease and hunger consume those who are still alive.

The PUIC Secretary General expressed his belief that the Palestinian people, who are defending their land and holy sites, will triumph sooner or later, as they are fighting for a just cause, and justice always prevails.
