-    The Session was held in Istanbul, Republic of TURKEY on 17-22 January 2015, corresponding to 24 – 29 Rabi ul Awwal, 1436.
-    41 PUIC Member Parliaments participated in the Session, represented by Speakers of Parliaments, Deputy Speakers, and Heads of Delegations. The Session was also attended by Observers and Guests.
-    His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, President of the Republic of Turkey, attended the inaugural session and addressed the Conference. The inaugural session was also addressed by:
o    His Excellency Dr. Ali Larijani, Speaker of the Islamic Parliament of Iran, President of the 9th Session of the PUIC Conference,
o    His Excellency Cemil Ciçek, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and President of the 10th Session of the PUIC Conference,
o    H.E. Professor Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General
-    The 10th Conference adopted the following:
o    Request of the parliament of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to accede to the PUIC (Nigeria became a full member of the OIC in 1986).
o    Memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation between the Parliamentary Union of OIC Member States (PUIC) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)
o    Proposal to draft PUIC CHARTER on combating terrorism and extremism.
o    Report of the 17th session of the PUIC General Committee,
o    Reports of the Fourth and Fifth Meetings of the Permanent Committee on Palestine
o    Report of 4th Session of Muslim Women Parliamentarians
o    The 10th Conference was preceded by the third meetings of the four Standing Specialized Committees:
?    Committee on Political Affairs and Foreign Relations
?    Committee on Economic Affairs and Environment
?    Committee on Human Rights, Women and Family
?    Committee on Cultural and Legal Affairs and Dialogue among Civilizations and Religions.
o    Rapporteurs of the above committees submitted their draft reports and resolutions to the 10th Conference for consideration and adoption.
o    The Standing Committee on Palestine held a meeting. The Conference accepted the invitation of the Iraqi delegation to host the 6th Meeting of the Permanent Committee on Palestine in Baghdad.
o    The Fourth Session of the Muslim Women Parliamentarians Conference held a meeting. The delegation of Iraq also offered to host the 5th Session of the Muslim Women Parliamentarians Conference in Baghdad.
o    The PUIC Conference nominated members of the PUIC General Committee for the year 2015, members of the PUIC Executive Committee for the year 2015 and Members of the Standing Specialized Committees for the year 2015.
-    The Conference accepted the offer of the Council of Representatives of Iraq to host the 11th Session of the PUIC Conference in Baghdad on a date to be defined later. The Conference also agreed to hold the 12th Session of the PUIC Conference in the Republic of Mali.
-    The Conference accepted the offer of Pakistan’s National Assembly to host the 34th Session of the PUIC Executive Committee.
-    The Conference adopted its Final Report, Istanbul Declaration and Final Communique.
