He considered that the killing perpetrated by the occupation forces, where scores of martyrs  have fallen; the demolition of mosques and houses, the closure of streets for ambulances; preventing of medical staff from attending to the wounded, destruction of the infrastructure; bombing the heavily- populated city with aircraft, rockets and heavy artillery, constitutes crimes to be added to the crime record of this usurper enemy which defies all legislations and laws, under the protection of forces of arrogance in the world.

H.E. the Secretary General confirms, on this occasion, PUIC standing by the side of the Palestinian people in their legitimate struggle against this arrogant enemy for the sake of liberating Palestine, and establishing their independent state, with Al Quds Al- Sharif as its capital. This stance on the Palestinian cause, has been stressed by all PUIC Conferences.
