Secretary General Condoles With the Chadian People

With deep sadness, His Excellency Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi NIASS, the PUIC Secretary General was informed of the death of the President of the Chadian Republic, the late Idriss Déby Itno, following wounds sustained while defending the territorial integrity of his country on the field of battle.

On this occasion, His excellency expresses his sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and to the Chadian people, while praying to Almighty Allah, to shower him with his mercy.
