Secretary General Congratulates Speaker of Kazakh’s Parliament
The PUIC Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his sincere felicitation to H.E. Mrs. Dariga Nazarbayeva on the occasion of her election as Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In his message of felicitation, Mr. Niass wished Mrs. Nazarbayeva success in her new task, and confirmed continuous cooperation with her and the august Senate of Kazakhstan.
