6.    Environmental issues and sustainable development.
7.    Combating desertification particularly in African Sahel States.
8.    Cooperation in the field of preserving of water resources in States Member Parliaments.
9.    Combatting sand and dust storms.
10.    Enhancing cooperation in the field of environmental protection and combatting climatic change.
11.    Cooperation among PUIC Member Parliaments in Science and Technology.
12     Commission of the Chad Lake Basin, in acronym LCBC.
13.    International parliamentary cooperation in overcoming natural disasters, particularly in the framework of extending relief.
