    The General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States presents its compliments to all the august Member Parliaments and with reference to the Consultation Meeting of the Islamic Group on the side lines of the 131st  Assembly of the IPU, has the honour to inform that the said Meeting will be held at the Third Floor of the CICG, Geneva in Room Nos.5 & 6 on Sunday, 12th October 2014 from 12:30 to 13:45 Hours.

    The General Secretariat while enclosing the Draft Agenda for this meeting requests the august Member Parliaments to send any agenda items they wish to discuss or get the support of the PUIC Member Parliaments during the IPU meeting.
    
    The General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all the august Member Parliaments, the assurances of its highest consideration.

1-    Adoption of the Draft Agenda.
2-    Brief by the Secretary General on the meeting.
3-    Adopting a unified position regarding issues of common concern for the Islamic Group on the Emergency Agenda Items of the 131st Assembly Meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
4-    Supporting the candidacy of H.E. Dr. Nurhayati Ali Assegaf for IPU Presidency.(proposed by House of Representatives of Indonesia)
5-    Any other business.
