5.    The inalienable equal and balanced rights of all peoples to have free access and free use of modern technology for peaceful purposes.
6.    Making the whole Middle East region a zone free of all weapons of mass destruction, especially nuclear weapons with no exception.

9.    Consideration of the situation in Mali and its effect on neighbouring States.
