1. The Standing Specialized Committee on Economic and Environment Affairs held its 1st Meeting in Khartoum, Republic of Sudan, on 18 – 19 January 2013, under the chairmanship of the Committee Rapporteur, H.E. Mr. Al Tijani Mustafa, Representative of the Republic of the Sudan.

3. Ambassador Ali Asghar Mohammadi, PUIC Assistant Secretary General, represented the General Secretariat. He welcomed the Members of the Committee on behalf of the Secretary General.
4. The Meeting reviewed the agenda and discussed its 13. The discussion included interventions by the Members which finally resulted in the adoption of the following resolutions which are submitted to the august PUIC Conference.
