Tehran- The Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) expressed its wish for further cooperation with the PUIC. 
Dr. Sergio Piazzi, Secretary General of PAM informed the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC that the “10th Bureau meeting of PAM held in Lisbon, on 24th June 2009, the members of the Bureau unanimously and officially agreed with the term of reference of the Memorandum of Understanding you have established at Niamey in Niger on 18 February 2009."
Dr. Piazzi said in his letter that he “looks forward to further cooperation between our two sister institutions which have much to offer to the people of our region.”
