BAGHDAD – REPUBLIC OF IRAQ
21 JANUARY, 2016.

1.    The Standing Specialized Committee on Culture and Legal Affairs and Dialogue of Civilizations and Religions held its 4th Meeting in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq on 21 - January, 2016.  The Committee elected H.E. Mr. Moustapha Taleb Mohamed, Representative of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to chair the Meeting as Rapporteur.

The Meeting was also attended by a number of Members of other delegations who were not members of the Committee.

3.    H.E. Secretary General opened the proceeding of the Committee and welcomed the members wishing success to their deliberation. Then he delegated Mr. Zahid Hassan Qureshi, PUIC Director for Conferences to represent the PUIC General Secretariat.
4.    The Meeting reviewed the Agenda and discussed its nine (09) items. The discussion included intervention by the members which led in conclusion to the adoption of the enclosed draft resolutions for submission and adoption by the PUIC Conference.
