The General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States presents its compliments to all the august Member Parliaments and with reference to the Consultation Meeting of the Islamic Group along the side lines of the 125th Assembly of the IPU, has the honour to inform that the said Meeting will be held KONGRESS RAUM 2, IN THE CONGRESS CENTRE OF BERNEXPO, Bern (Switzerland), SUNDAY 16th OCTOBER, 2011, from 13.30 Hours TO 15.00 Hours.

    The General Secretariat while enclosing the Draft Agenda for this meeting requests the Member Parliaments to send as early as possible any agenda items they wish to discuss or get the supports of the PUIC Member Parliaments during the IPU meeting.

The PUIC General Secretariat would like to draw the attention to the august Member Parliaments of the resolution No. 16-PE/13-CNCL which: “Invites all Member Parliaments to participate effectively in meetings of the Islamic Parliamentary Consultative Group in order to take its resolutions into consideration”.
