The PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC presented his most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the election of H.E. Mr. Haroun Kabadi as Speaker of the National Assembly of the sisterly Republic Chad, while praying to God, the Almighty, to grant him success and guide his steps along the path of righteousness. He expressed his sincere wish and readiness to do more to strengthen relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National Assembly of sisterly Republic of Chad.
