At the outset of the meeting, H.E. the PUIC Secretary General presented a report on the latest status of proposals for the adoption of the emergency item.
After that, Their Excellencies Speakers of the Parliaments of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Sultanate of Oman, Republic of Türkiye, and the United Arab Emirates took the floor.
The representative of Palestine then presented a report on the latest status of proposals to adopt the emergency item. At the end, it was decided that PUIC members should support the joint proposal of Palestine and Algeria, which has the approval of all Arab countries.
