Upon the invitation of the Parliament of Azerbaijan, a delegation from the General Secretariat of the PUIC participated in the observation of these elections.
The delegation visited a large number of polling stations and noted the good organization and transparency of the electoral process.
On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, Secretary General of the PUIC congratulated the State and people of Azerbaijan on the success of these elections. H.E. also extended his congratulations to the winners of this election.
