The statement issued by H.E. Mr Brahim Boughali, the President of AIPU and Speaker of the People's Assembly of Algeria, commends China's efforts and calls for supporting local, regional and international efforts aimed at strengthening the process of Palestinian reconciliation and unity, and seeking an immediate end to the barbaric aggression against the Palestinian people and allowing the entry of the necessary humanitarian and medical aid to all damaged and distressed Palestinian areas.

The Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union stresses the importance of unifying the Palestinian stance and acting in unity against the barbaric Zionist actions.
