Condolences of PUIC Sessional President to the People of Afghanistan

His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, President of the Parliamentary Union of OIC Member States (PUIC), and Speaker of People's National Assembly of Algeria, expresses his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the people of Afghanistan for the losses and injuries suffered in the earthquake that struck the western part of the country.
