While His Excellency decries such savage aggressions which Israel carries out regularly amid dubious silence and non action of the international community, he expresses his utmost concern vis-à-vis such developments,and appeals to all states, as well as to all honest peoples in the world, to use all their influence and capabilities to exercise pressure on Israel in order to halt the on-going military escalation and the cycle of killing, violence and total devastation, which constitute a serious threat to security and stability in the region, and deemed a grave violation of the principles of international legitimacy.

He also calls on all the Palestinian factions to unify their ranks and end schism. He affirms the necessityof standingon the side of the Palestinian people in their just struggle for their right to self-determination, to establish their independent state, with Al-Quds as its capital, in confirmation of the resolutions of the international legitimacy adopted by the UN and the Security Council.
