4. Adoption of the Program of Work.
5. Report of the PUIC Secretary General.
6 Election of a new Secretary General of the PUIC.
7. Election of a new Assistant Secretary General of the PUIC.
8. Considering and approving the report of the Financial Control Committee (FCC) on the closing account for the fiscal year 2007 of the PUIC General Secretariat.
