2.    Adoption of the Agenda and the Program of Work of the 13th Session of the PUIC Council.

3.    Report of the PUIC Secretary General.

4.    Examination and adoption of the Reports of the 23rd 24th and 25th Meetings of the PUIC Executive Committee and their
annexes (except part concerning amendment of the PUIC Statute).

5.       Setting up of an Open-ended Drafting Committee chaired by the Council’s Rapporteur with the participation of the Rapporteurs of the three Standing Specialized Committees (S.S.C.s).

6.    Examination of the Reports and the Draft Resolutions presented by the Rapporteurs of the following Standing Specialized Committees (S.S.C.s):-

6.1    Committee on Political and Economic Affairs.
6.2    Committee on Legal Affairs, Human Rights and the Environment.
6.3    Committee on Women, Social and Cultural Affairs.

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

7.    Approval of the following financial documents of the Union:

7.1    Report of the Financial Control Committee (FCC) on the Final Accounts for the fiscal year 2010.
7. 2    Proposed Budget for the fiscal year 2011.

8.    Taking note of the financial situation of the fiscal year 2010.

9.       Determining the fees of the Local External Auditor for the year 2011.

10.    Deciding on the request to exempt the Somali Parliament from the payment of its annual contributions in view of the prevailing circumstances in the Republic of Somalia.

11.    Election of the President of the 14th Session of the PUIC Council (from the African Group).

12    Preparation of the Draft Agenda for the 7th Session of the PUIC Conference.
Preparation and finalization of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, Resolutions and Report of the 13th Session of the PUIC Council by the General Secretariat of the PUIC.

13.    Adoption of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, Resolutions and Final Report of the 13th Session of the PUIC Council.

14.    Reading the Abu Dhabi Declaration before the media.

15.      Recitation of some Verses from the Holy Quran.
