4. 2    Proposed Budget for the fiscal year 2011.
 
5.    Taking note of the financial situation of the fiscal year 2010.
6.        Determining the fees of the Local External Auditor for the year 2011.
7.       Deciding on the request to exempt the Somali Parliament from the payment of its annual contributions in view of the prevailing circumstances in the Republic of Somalia.

ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS

8.    Election of the President of the 14th Session of the PUIC Council (from the African Group).
9.    Preparation of the Draft Agenda for the 7th Session of the PUIC Conference.
